Delete your Kehja and Instagram connection data

1. Disconnect Instagram

In Kehja, open Profile, find the relevant creator account, and choose Disconnect. You can also open the connected Instagram screen and choose Disconnect Instagram.

Disconnecting removes the stored Instagram access token and permissions from Kehja. Kehja then stops reading new information from that Instagram account and cannot publish anything new to it. Your existing Kehja posts, Creator DNA, logo, media, calendar, and imported history stay in Kehja, and you can reconnect the same account later.

2. Delete your Kehja account

Open Profile, choose Delete account, then Continue. Confirm your password or Google identity as shown, and choose Delete my account permanently.

This removes your Kehja login, creator accounts, Creator DNA, posts and drafts, saved content, calendar and schedules, learning and experiments, artwork, logo, uploaded media and Knowledge files, Instagram connection and stored permission, and preferences. Scheduled publishing is stopped. Signing up again with the same email starts a fresh account.

3. Posts already on Instagram

Disconnecting Instagram or deleting your Kehja account does not remove posts already published to Instagram. Manage or delete those posts directly on Instagram.

4. Cannot access your account
